For the majority of repairs — punctures, brake adjustments, gear tuning, cable replacements — yes, absolutely. I stock the most common parts right here in the shop, so I'm not waiting on orders. Bigger jobs like full rebuilds may need a little longer, and I'll always tell you upfront how long to expect.
Walk-ins are always welcome. You don't need to book ahead for most repairs. If you're coming in for something more involved, dropping a quick message first means I can make sure I have the right parts ready and give you a more accurate wait time.
Always. I give you a clear quote before touching your bike. No surprises on the bill. If I discover something extra once I'm in there, I'll stop and let you know before going any further. You're in control of what gets done.
All of them. Road bikes, mountain bikes, kids' bikes, commuters, hybrids, and e-bikes. I've worked on everything from a child's first bike to high-end carbon road machines. If it has two wheels, bring it in.
Every bike that comes through the door for any service gets a full once-over: brakes, tyres, headset, bottom bracket, wheels, drivetrain, and frame integrity. I'll tell you plainly what's good, what needs attention soon, and what's urgent — with no pressure to do more than you need.
Payment is made directly to Fixi Fixa when you collect your bike. You'll find us at 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY. Open Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm and Saturday mornings 8:30 am – 12:00 pm.
